IDX/RETS for Dallas NTREIS MLS

We have tried several IDX vendors over the past several years here in the Dallas real estate market. Many of those that we tried had a few good features but all of them came up short as the “total package”. Then I ran across the UltimateIDX based out of Columbia Missouri. The UltimateIDX was designed by REALTORS® for REALTORS®. Both the CEO and President of UltimateIDX are Licensed Brokers and remain active in the field to keep current on the needs of real estate professionals.

IDX/RETS Features

In addition to the UltimateIDX having all of the features I have been looking for, the have the absolute best Client Resource Manager available on the market. It helps our Agents track, manage and assist potential buyers in a way that has drastically increased sales across the board. The “Virtual Floor Duty Calendar” allows me to schedule Agent floor duty months ahead and can be edited for changes in seconds.

Performance on the UltimateIDX system is excellent. I don’t like to wait for a website to yield results and neither do my Clients and with the UltimateIDX search results are almost instantaneous. This is a result of the UltimateIDX owning and managing their own servers so bandwidth is excellent and performance is throttled up, not down.

Email and text messaging from the UltimateIDX system not only keeps me and my Agents current as to new Client registrations and revisits, it tells us at a glance the properties that have been searched and saved so we can determine if a potential buyer needs immediate assistance.

System updates and upgrades are completely transparent with the web based UltimateIDX. There is nothing to down load and install. As new enhancements come on-line they are populated into my Administrator Control panel automatically.

SEF and SEO

Another one of my favorite features is the Search Engine Friendly (SEF) URLS and Meta Tags that are automatically produced by the system. I know very little about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) other than you need to have unique meta tags for every page with unique search engine friendly URLs and this system does all of that for me.

Ease of Use

There is NO lengthy learning curve as with other similar IDX/RETS applications. The system is built on the K.I.S.S. principle and although extremely powerful it is simple to learn and use. Agents with average computer skills can be trained in under 30 minutes and Clients love the easy navigation.

Summary

Without a doubt the entire UltimateIDX system is without rival for ease of use and functionality for both my Clients and my Agents when it comes to the NTREIS MLS here in Dallas Texas.
