My name is Mark Kale and I am the founder and lead agent for the Dream Homes Dallas team. I spent several years in the tier one software industry in another life and believe me when I say that you have no idea how much business I actually LOST by being honest and ethical in my business dealings. This is because my competition was not always honest and forthright in the disclosure of functionality when it comes to ERP software, therefore they won the business and spent the next 8-12 months trying to implement and re write the code to make it work for their business. This is one of the reasons that I eventually left that particular business and began enjoying a business that truly lives by the motto stated above.
